Let-down is the release of milk in a breastfeeding mother as a response to the suckling of her baby.

LOW BIRTH WEIGHT (LBW)
A baby born weighing less than 5 1/2 pounds (2,500 grams) and more than 3 pounds, 5 ounces (1,500 grams)
