Stephen and Ellen Howell of Houston, Texas welcomed five new additions to their family June 26, 2008 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Howell's were the10th set of quintuplets born at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, a hospital that is nationally known for its successful multiple birth deliveries.
In order of birth were, Sidney Alun Howell, Ivy Elizabeth Howell, Mitchell Thomas Howell, Luke Harrison Howell and Briellen Jeannette Howell.
The quintuplets were born 9 weeks early weighed less than 15 pounds all together and were all born within three minutes of each other.
